Why can’t I find a sizing chart?

In order to accommodate all of our customers sizing needs, we stock several different brands in stock.

There was no receipt in my package, how do I do an exchange or return?

We have found that receipts typically are thrown away causing a lot of paper waste :’(

In an effort to be more kind to our environment, our company has decided to reduce paper waste and keep our receipts via email. We can certainly resend it to you if you need an extra copy!

In regards to returns/exchanges; please enclose back in the original packaging and write RETURN TO SENDER on the outside. Drop in any post office box and it will make its way back to us.

How can I contact you?

Our phone number is (401) 90-FANHQ and we have staff answering the phones during normal business hours. However, we are in the middle of a large warehouse with several compressors constantly running- so if we don't answer, a better form of contact might be to email us at support@fanblinghq.com.

I would like a different design

Unfortunately, we do not take on any custom orders (it’s a huge compliment to us), however, we do love hearing from our customers! So if you have a design or suggestions please feel free to email us!

When will I receive my order?

The shirts are all made to order, just like great food- quality takes time! Typically, shirts ship within 5-7 business days. All other products typically ship in 1-3 business days.

I received my jewelry but not my shirt?

Because some products do take longer than others, we ship items as soon as they are ready. You may receive several packages from us- but hey that’s more presents to open!

What is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of Stainless Steel.
